Liam returned from Chilliwack, BC, to his hometown of Edmonton, Alberta, to study for a music degree in trumpet. While at MacEwan University, he made connections with other musicians which led to him joining The Brasstactics. Liam has been in the band for about a year and a half and brings a bright trumpet tone with melodic lines in his solos. His partner in crime on the trumpet Zach Semanuik has helped Liam come out of his shell and gain more confidence in his playing. Besides staying focused on school, Liam hopes to be more involved in the Edmonton music scene through The Brasstactics as well as other side projects.
